Questions
- Can I ask even if the details are not decided?
Yes. Many requests start without a specification. We work it out together in the free consultation.
- How can I pay?
By credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Payment timing is set in the agreement.
- Can we sign an NDA?
Yes, as part of the agreement.
- What if I cancel partway through?
Before work starts, you get a full refund. After work starts, we refund the amount minus completed work.
